Education Philosophy

At Pomegranate Tours we believe that an appreciation of the Arts enables us to live in ways of seeing, hearing and feeling other than our own. We move into the imagination through the door the artist opens.

In the High School years the driving force in the adolescent is to explore the outer world to find answers to inner questions. The urge to go out into the world and experience and experiment is strong. There is a deep yearning to find their place in the world and in relationship to others. Our Tours aim to provide the student with an insight into the development of the arts through the ages and how changes have been accompanied by the evolution of human consciousness. With their newly awakening interest in other human beings and their environment, the student will be supported by rich experiences that are inspiring and uplifting in content. We create an environment that is both nurturing and stimulating with a strong emphasis placed on quality in all things we do.

Because Pomegranate Tours take care of all the arrangements teachers are more available to participate in the educational experience of the students and indeed their own continuing vocational development.
