Student Drama Tour 2008

For two weeks in 2008 everything that you see, hear, taste, smell, and feel will  be the inspiration for a dramatic odyssey ! You will be seduced by your first taste of a delicate cake handmade at the  famous Parisian café , Laduree . You will be  shocked by a performance directed by Ariane Mnouchkine at the Cartoucherie in Paris , and moved by finding yourself on the site where St Jean d’Arc was burned at the stake  in Rouen. For one week you will stay at the beautiful Chateau d’Amaye sur Suelles in Normandy. There you will receive tuition in performance work and physical theatre. Every item on the itinerary will all be incorporated into the experience that ultimately will form your work for the HSC.

And then off across the Channel to London , England. Visits included are to the Globe Theatre ,  for a full days workshop, The Royal Court  Theatre dedicated to new work and the grand National Theatre.
